        My dissatisfaction with this store is horrible I felt discriminated against since I am not Asian, my order was sent to pick up at this store and the manager simply decided that it was not negotiable for him to lose $5 for a phone under warranty and he did not want me process or deliver my order. They left me waiting, offering me a settlement solution outside the guarantee and insurance at an excessive price, they are not the owners there

        This is my always store. Always have good experience here. When I have a question about my bill, I come here to get explanation. They speak Vietnamese which is great. Highly recommended!

        Ewww. The customer service in here is really bad. I swear with y'all. When I asked about why T Mobile overcharged in my account, what they just said was "WE DON'T KNOW, JUST GO ASK T MOBILE" even they are T mobile agents? I swear I'm not gonna go in there again anymore. Bad customer service, the reason I just go in here cuz my mom need to speak Vietnamese to them but at this time, I'll go to another T- mobile. Not this place anymore.
