They lied to me and my wife stating that no stores had the Apple Watch ultra in stock so we ordered from them. A couple hours later we stopped a different store for a separate issue and found out that they had what my wife wanted in stock. We called this store to cancel the order and they refused because the manager wasn't there and they would not tell us when he would return so we had to pay twice for my wife to get the watch that day.

My son and I visited the AT&T store on Hwy 6. We were serviced by an employee named "Will". I am one of those people who sincerely appreciates quality customer service. Will was knowledgeable and extremely patient, personable, and kind. He answered all of our questions and provided us with information that was needed to complete our request. He made us feel genuinely appreciated. I was very pleased with the service we were provided. Upon leaving the store, I told Will I would return with my husband when he is ready to upgrade his phone due to the excellent service that was provided to us.

Great customer service. They have great deals, since they were willing accept my trade in as is not like tmobile. That need to be in good physical condition. Looks like tmobile is loosing a customer with 7lines and internet service. Oh also will be saving money and everyone is getting new phones.
