        My service stopped working on a 1 month old iPhone. They told me they couldn’t help me and recommended I visit a different att store.

        I received wrong info from this store and paid the price. Not only did they give me the wrong info and waste HOURS of time waiting just to be told the info I had was wrong, when I called to straighten things out they wouldn’t answer the phone. I’ve called 6 times in less then 24 hours waiting for someone to answer only for it to ring for so long it auto hangs up. I’ve spoken to someone 1/6 times calling. I have worked retail before so I can empathize but this is just unacceptable.
