        I went here to go activate my phone when we forgot that we can do it from home they lost ALL my accounts videos and photos after 3 hours of work doing that DON’T GO HERE TRY AT OWN RISK

        If we have an appointment at 3pm and we're still waiting outside till 4:00pm, that's unacceptable. Anybody can come up with a process to set up an appointment, but the whole point of an appointment is for the store and customer to be available at the agreed upon time.
