        Usually I go to the cypress location were people are friendly and helpful. They get you in and out I had to go to a different store were I didnt feel that vibe at all and even when helped my phone wasnt tested so all night I went without a phone because it wasnt set up correctly. This couldve been avoided if the sales lady wouldve put her own phone down.
