WORST experience at a ATT store. Called in advanced inquiring about a certain phone I wanted, they said they had it so i drove there. I arrived at around 1:00 PM and there was only ONE person in front of me. Old lady asking lots of questions about her smart watch(i would be askimg too). The guy(SEBASTIAN) in charge looked and sounded annoyed at this lady, THAT should've been my red flag. While the lady was being helped i noticed there was this other guy that worked there so i told him i was the guy in the phone inquiring about a certain cellphone. He tells me that i needed to wait for the other guy, which i did. More ppl came in AFTER me, some of them friends with the guy in charge. This guy decided to help EVERYONE before me, not sure why. I spent a little more than 4 AND HALF HOURS in that store. Lost so.e very profitable jobs while in there. Guy did not even explained why he took this long. While me waiting for them to help me, they decided to talk to who im guessing workes there too on the phone. They only have ONE phone for the store so they have to use their personal cellphone to call cusyomer service and everyone else. If you're on a time crunch, dont even think about coming in this store. After i got my phone, it didnt even work. It was THAT bad.

The store opened almost 30 minutes late. Then there was only 1 customer service representative and about 10 customers already in the store. I received incorrect information from the CSR and he even called the manager to verify on how and where I needed to bring my phone that I ordered online. They told me to go to the main building. Well...the main building is not for customers, it's for AT&T service technicians, their hub. So frustrated and was given a new location to go to. This place was a corporate office that was not opened to the public. I finally found an AT&T store that was able to half way help me. I spent about 4 hours doing this. AT&T is not what it use to be. I switched over to another provider, after 20 years with them. They just keep messing up. Over it!
