Went in to this store helped by Taylor she was on the phone the whole time talking about her birthday. Planning a party. She was on FaceTime with a guy from At&T and telling him how she was taking his customers. She then started texting and I’m
Not sure if she was giving him my information or not. Then she told AJ they didn’t have an iPhone for a guest that came in and I felt bad for her cause she lost a sale when I know they had at least one since she told me they have red black blue and I bought the red and blue. This visit was very upsetting. I have reported this to T-Mobile and the store.

The professional job that Mark did helping me purchase of 2 iPhones was tremendous. He was very patient with all the questions I had he spent close to 2 hours making sure everything worked properly. Thank for making my visit enjoyable
