AT&T Store

the worst manager "Jose" with worst mouth smell! I walked in the store 10 am , 4 guys sitting around including this JOKE so called manager talking to each other and no one seems to be willing to accept a loyal customer. I had bought a new iPhone 14 series with bunch of accessories two days prior to incident and decided to return only the unopened accessories. after waiting for over 20 minutes I walked up to return my items and I received the worst treatment from him with a terrible mouth smell. not wearing ATT shirts, inappropriate talking and eventually not receiving my items I had to leave the store. I called the president office right away and reported complaint for immediate disciplinary actions to ATT customer service and following up with the quality team so they have this store treated ASAP.

I decided to switch my phone company to att. At 1st my seller was helpful and super friendly ( of course he try to get me to switch company) but the price was higher but he could get my payment down by doing some deal he had up his sleeves. so i thought it's great and he promised me it will be around 110$ a month. so right away the price i had to pay was higher and he said not to worry, it's because the installation fees and paperwork to go through, it will be lower next month... next month come and my bills is 135$ i said maybe i wait... next month 135$ then i go back, my rep wasn't there so another person told me that i must had misunderstand him... ( believe me when it comes to my own money, I'm extremely aware of the price he promised me) so she told me there is no such price for that kind of plan/phone so now i am stuck with a 2 years contract that he promised me it would not be. do the math 2 years is 24month times 25$ that he told me... that's 600$ that i would have get that he basically played me... i traded my old phone too for this and at the end i am stuck with this high monthly payment. if i could do anything, i would , but now i am stuck with 2 years contract. i hate those kind of sell tactics and it hurts us the most and we have to live with it

If ATT is going to have commercial cars driving around with stickers telling others to stay off their phone, "it can wait, eyes on the road not your phone." Then the drives should not be on their phones either correct ?Vehicle ID#9203791-117
