        don't recommend coming here at all unless u wanna waste your time!!! employees act like they don't wanna help and will literally have a whole conversation about something else while one is supposedly helping. if u are around the area make a driver further down fondren or S Gessner those store employees will get u well taken care of

        I am a T-mobile 5yr+ customer but customer service and team of experts are lacking to say the least. They try to please. You should note, buy your phone & accessories from only corporate owned storesor you will run into trouble getting an exchange, refund or the total T-mobile experience! To many franchise stores who do not honor contracts! This location is a Corporate store with a manager who is excellent!
