Had radio installed took 6 hrs they scratched my dash all up and broke vent clips and did not say anything also paid for stuff that they didn't even have at the store so have to wait till shipment comes in and they could not get me refund cause they had to get approval from someone who is not even at store. Only thing I can say the front lady is respectful and nice.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Went to get rear glass replaced, they left glass in areas that cant be removed without taking the entire panel off. My mom ended up going there about a few days later to get her window-shield replaced, paid them in cash (because they claim their credit card machine was down). They took more than the time they quoted my mom to locate a replacement window-shield. So long story short, my mom got her window-shield replaced somewhere else. Well, my mom notified the young lady who originally took her money/payment that she had went somewhere else to get it fixed, the young lady said thats fine well refund you. We get there to retrieve the refund then the young lady makes up 827,617,199 excuses as to why she cant return the CASH we paid. She advised me come back when the manager was there. We came back on the date she requested, the manager still wasnt there and not answering his phone, she then advised we come back on a later date. So here we are again, third attempt, on the date she requested and the manager still isnt there nor is he answering his phone. So we demand our cash back! Young lady keeps saying we cant give CASH back. Of course, at this point, everyone is frustrated. So the maintenance worker decides to insert himself into this customer experience, gets in my face, curses at me, threatens that hes going to PHYSICALLY move me and threatens to call the police. (Mind you, hes a man, Im a lady) I continuously ask him to call them so I can wait on them. Well, he doesnt. Days later, we ended up finally getting our money back, but it shouldve have went that far at all. Everything about their customer service is UNACCEPTABLE, the lost manager is a joke and the young lady in the front needs to reread her orientation book if she still has a need to ask others for assistance. I shouldve pressed charges on the maintenance worker for threatening to physically touch me but I let him make it.

Been trying to get in touch with them for weeks my calls is getting forward did a headlight jobs and all of my lights is out in my car..
