Fantastic service, no bs! Great prices as well. Dewayne talked us through the whole process of installing a new stereo in my daughters car. Another reason I chose this place was the fact the owner took the time to respond to all negative comments and thoroughly explain the situation they were complaining about. Great business that I will always recommend with great people working there.

not sure what is with all of these super negative reviews. My experience was great, they hooked up a 10 year old pair of subs I have had sitting in my garage to test if they worked. They did, and quoted me on a price to install the subs and also replace the speakers that came with my truck as they were blown out. They didnt charge me to test the subs and I could have just taken my business elsewhere after finding that they work. I called one other car stereo shop and they quoted me even more than River Oaks Car Stereo did, so I went with River Oaks Car Stereo. I was charged exactly what they said I would be, and the system is perfect. I deff recommend these guys

I saw a Facebook post mentioning a bunch of negative reviews for River Oaks Car Stereo and had to add my two cents. They have installed an entirely new Kenwood system in a 911 Turbo of mine as well as troubleshooted and installed a class audio system in an old 60s hot rod I have. Both installs were perfect from the moment I picked them up. Workmanship was great, cars were reassembled as if nothing had been taken apart, etc. If there was anything to complain about its possibly that both jobs took a day or two longer than originally thought. But one install required some extra parts and the second install was dropped off on a Saturday so it just took a little longer with weekend hours. But Im much more interested in it being done right than fast. These guys know what theyre doing and Id trust them with another car in a heartbeat. If you want high end service its going to cost more than. Best Buy. But its done right, with top shelf componentswell worth a few extra bucks in my opinion.
