        They made the process of buying my vehicle super easy but the customer service is terrible. Every time I call, I can never speak to someone and they never return my phone calls. I have to drive to the dealership every time I have a question.

        Called 3 times on different days trying to schedule an oil change. Never been to this location as I was going to west Houston Volkswagen. Got the voicemail every time even left a message and never got a call back. Ill just schedule somewhere else.
