Great doctors but the HORRIBLE Infusion nursing staff. Kenya and Keianna are by far the rudest employees who have worked in the infusion center. During my treatments the behavior they have shown to the office staff is not any better. Kenya has approached and confronted the pharmacist who works in the clinic for responding back to a question she had asked. I mean who dose that! If she is to do that then who’s to say Kenya will not strike a patient!

The two doctors that work here are amazing and very knowledgeable. As of lately there is a high turnover in the infusion area which is the area my chemo is given.
For example I get calls the morning of my infusion from Kenya to reschedule to another day or completely get thrown off by a week or two just because the schedule was over booked and I made my appointment three weeks back while getting my treatment. This is not the first time this nurse has done this and as well to other patients in the practice.
I am a human being that has to get up and work every day and also coordinate my lifesaving treatment. Insurance is NOT FREE!!
Texas oncology needs to do better in the mursing staff they hire!

The staff and doctors are amazing , but there front desk staff is horrible! i called 3 times to make a new patient appointment with no call backs!
Front desk staff they are the worst , short, and unwilling to assist with anything !

I recently went through the process of finding a new oncologist and was reffed by several of my close friends who are also patients, to this wonderful clinic. At first, I seemed to have escaped from system who only saw me as a mumber and actually found a cancer clinic that treated me as a patient. As of recent , many staff members have indicated to me that managmen has indicated to them that they are in a financial deficit and unable to allow there employees to have no overtim. It has been horrible trying to get any of my needs taken care and as a cancer patient I cannot help but think my life is the hands of a company who only cares about their financial well being rather than their employees.
