I must say the entire experience with NPG has been nothing but amazing! Eric, Debbie and Shelly, the expertise of the trainings, are awesome in their craft! From the online materials and references, to role playing different scenario's that may potentially come about in many practices, to being available for one-on-one assistance. After training with the NPG, my outlook on customer service from a business perspective has been totally different. Their kindness and professionalism has truly been impeccable. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you for your hard work and due diligence.

We loved working with the entire crew at NPG for our website redesign- Avery and Cynthia are a super duo who will make all your redesign dreams come true. They fulfulled every single promise they made- it was fast, easy, and enjoyable. Our past redesigns left us doubting that there anyone out there who was capable of delivering an exceptional experience, UNTIL we found New Patient Group. Don't put it off any longer. Brian (the CEO) always says that the most common trait among billionaires is that they have a coach....even Tiger Woods has a swing coach...so, I knew that I needed a coach too. I searched the orthodontic consultant world for the right coach and landed on NPG. I chose NPG because I liked that their perspective is from "outside" of dentistry (unlike many other consultants) and because I knew they would hold me accountable as both a leader and a business owner. I'm 6 months into our partnership and I'm very pleased with the services I've received thus far. The coaches are amazing; the trainings are incredible, and the results speak for themselves. I'm enjoying the best conversion of my practice life and having record or near record production ever since we got things going. I recommend NPG to all of my friends, from restaurant owners, to bike shop owners, to orthodontists.
