Alfredo did an excellent job helping us find our new home. When we started to give up hope, he jumped in and kicked it up a gear. He was always available and patient with us. I can't recommend Alfredo Galvez @Houston Katy Homes Group, AmeriChoice Realty highly enough. I write very few reviews, because like most folks we're just busy and can't be bothered. In this case, however, I'm happy to share a few things for your benefit. 1) You want to sell your home or move from where you're renting. (We leased for 3 years after moving from Canada) 2) You want to buy a new-to-you home. (We did!) 3) Contact Alfredo 4) If you're unsure of what steps you need to take along the way, how much things will cost etc., Alfredo will help you. He helped my wife and I tremendously. 5) Mr. Galvez is a great advocate and negotiator. You'll complete your transactions with his help and know that your real interests have been taken care of. Ours were. My wife and I don't have a lot of horse-sense when it comes to financial dealings, but Alfredo has it in spades. Even if you feel you're a shrewd dealer, Houston Katy Homes Group not only knows the market and mechanics of real estate, but just as importantly, Alfredo understands PEOPLE.
