        Me parece que a la compañia Omnibus Express no le importan sus clientes, de acuerdo a la impresion que tuve de una conversacion telefonica con un representante de la oficina de Roma, TX. Se rehuso a darme informacion, se rehuso a investigar, se rehuso a transferirme con un supervisor, y cuando pregunte su nombre me colgo la llamada telefonica. Siento que es un Horrible servicio por parte de este representante de Omnibus Express. Jamas usare esta linea de autobus.
