Unresponsive and slow to complete. Obviously a busy time for them, but overall snarky in response assuming they responded at all. After a long spell of nothing being worked on, the question â€œwhen will you be complete?â€ was asked. the response was â€œi told you we are too busy and if donâ€™t want us to finish, let me knowâ€¦â€. Iâ€™m paraphrasing here, but thatâ€™s the gist of it.
Pretty much cowardsâ€¦.I finished it myself.

I had water damage in my home. My insurance company said I had mold problems from the water damage, but the mold was not covered on my insurance. I found Watermark Restoration on the BBB website and called them. Not only did they fix my home, but they took care of my mold damage even though my insurance didn't pay for it. They were very professional. They were here every day they said they would be and finished my home and put it back together just like it was before. I am very thankful I found them. I don't get around as well as I used to, but they made sure I could stay in my home while the work was being done and I was not uncomfortable at all. I would highly recommend Watermark Restoration.

Terrible experience. If you do decide to go with them make sure you write an essay of what is expected as they will play the "he-said she-said" game and the "that's not what that means" the entire process. Also, some of the materials that are used are inappropriate for the type of job.
