This is my first time ever writing a review on a purchase I made but I had to let people know about this place and how bad the hair is. FRAUDULENT BUSINESS THIS IS. I walked in her store( south location?) looking to buy some good quality body wave hair; the first few she showed me had a looser wave I didn't like it then she showed me another type which had very defined wave to it exactly what I was looking for so she told me it was Cambodian body wave so I bought a 16-18-20 inch for 200$. When I got home I washed the hair with conditioner only like I always do when I buy hair then I hang them to dry overnight that's when all the troubles started after washing the hair I noticed the hair got really loose I thought that it will get back to its original shape when it dry but that didn't happen so I called her about the fact that the hair look so different after I washed it. First red flag she asked me why did I wash the hair? Humm why does that matter I told her she told me to use some bendy rods and it will curl back n she told me it hold curl very well so I discuss much I did what she told me. The curls I did only lasted few hours after that the hair went flat loosing all the curl the 20 inch at the bottom is literally straight so I contacted her again and she started insinuating I did something to the hair basically treating me like a liar. After a back n forth she tell me some other hair coming next week and she can give me a discount. Wait what like I am really gonna spend d more money with you. I don't even have the hair in my head for 3 days and the hair is getting straight starting to tangle at the back and I am now noticing different shade of color in the hair. I never asked for money back just an exchange for a better quality I guess Don t even know if she has good hair but I m willing to try something else as I said I DON'T WANT OR NEED D REFUND ALL I WANT IS GOOD HAIR. She refused so you buy the hair at your own risk there is no arrangements for defective units. I will try to upload pictures of the hair before I washed it and after TOTALLY DIFFERENT TEXTURE. I WOULDN'T HAVE TAKEN MY TIME RO WRITE THIS IF I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE I WAS CHEATED OUT OF MY MONEY AND I WASTED MY MONEY ON TRASH HAIR. My story say it all DON'T BUY HAIR FROM ELITE. IF SHE SELL YOU A DEFECTIVE OR FAKE UNIT THEN IT IS YOUR PROBLEM NOT HERS.. BEWARE. AS YOU COULD SEE THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM YEARS AGO I SHOULD HAVE PAYED MORE ATTENTION. PS: SHE NEVER ONCE APOLOGIZED FOR SELLING ME BAD HAIR JUST ACTED LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG FOR SPEAKING UP DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY... SHE RATHER HAVE YOUR BUSINESS ONLY 1 TIME THEN RETURNING LOYAL CUSTOMERS HOW STUPID? SHE ALSO ASK HER FRIENDS TO POST FEW NICE COMMENT ABOUT HER BUSINESS ...SMH Service: Hair extensions
