Working with Hestia has been a good experience thus far. We are almost at the finished line of my bathroom remodel. Rock has been super responsive and available to answer all my questions! Looking forward to coming back and updating with pictures!!! Issues have arise post construction and you cannot get in contact with anyone. To help solve the issue which has caused damage to my home. Two weeks later and still zero resolve of a pipe they incorrectly capped causing the AC drain pipe to leak and cause damage in the newly renovated bathroom and below into living room. With all the plumbers I. Houston they cant get a commitment from one. Extremely aggravating as now waiting has cause mold/mildew to begin forming. Service: Bathroom remodeling

Update: I found it completely dishonest that they convinced my mother that I wanted everything new in the build. I cannot justify $64k on a house that's value is $120k currently. The ROI is in the negative $18k more in value VS as is $120k without a kitchen. Noone will pay $350k on this house in 5 years. The house is aging. The area is popular but my house is still under 14k sqft. I understand that it will increase the value of the home but as a home owner we don't make money flipping houses using a big company. Just find someone you trust that will give you the value and design you desire. The estimate to rebuild our kitchen was $64k which costs more than we bought the house for. It makes no sense to charge half the current cost of the house when we aren't going to get a resell value. The area and size of the kitchen is dinky. I expected $35k. The space is only 14 feet by 6 ft. It's a kitchen for a small 1 story bedroom house and the kitchen had been demolished last year already. I appreciate local businesses but $64k is 3 times how much we can afford even with financing. This company is crazy. It might work to sell for Fulshear and Richmond areas... or uptown but here in Alief $64k can buy you a small townhome that needs work but at least I'd have a kitchen.

Hestia does good work. Project timelines can sometimes run behind due to material supply delays but who isn't experiencing that?
