Bank of America

If I could give zero stars I would!!! They had one bank teller, people coming in the bank just to be told come back later, only worker here on lunch break. My mother and I waited over an hour to speak to someone and after an hour of wating were told that the wait would be longer. Very disappointing, someone in management needs to look into this, horrible service.

Needs more employees, i went there to get cashiers check and they said no tellers are available at the moment and you need to wait an hour to get it

Very professional and fast service. Opened an account and got no pressure or up sale. Glad I went with Bank of America. There is also a Merrill Lynch financial advisor, Mr. Sorensen, who is very knowledgeable and serviceable. Will ask for him and use him when I switch my investments.

You might come here at some point but I wouldn't Bank on it.This is a huge Bank of America Center that isn't just a bank, but a the whole bunch of offices and clerical stuff. It dominates the plaza and it's across from a lot of good food options, so that is something to consider if you're considering making this your permanent bank.My father has convinced me to open an account at BoA so this is why I was here.

Highly recommend my banker here at this location. She is intelligent, patient and more than willing to help. Great staff as well.
