image I have taken my car to this shop for the last 5 years, and I have always had a good experience with Chad and his team. Im very grateful for all they do to help me with my car repairs. They are very knowledgeable, and I always feel that I can trust them. I recently had an issue with the cooling system, and they quickly detected it and fixed it. For some reason, I thought I had the same problem again (weeks after they repaired it), and brought the car back to the shop. But I was wrong, the car was fine and they double-checked the entire system again at no additional cost. They care about customers peace of mind. Give them a try, you wont regret it.

image Westchase Auto Repair Center is the ABSOLUTE WORST place and I want a refund for not only the incompetent fixing but also extra DAMAGES they caused to my car.

My sister came to them after turning onto a curb and our back right tire was tilting inward at a 45 degree angle. They charged us nearly $1000 for repairs, and we drove home thinking everything would be alright.

By the time we got home, we realized the car was BADLY drifting (like we had to tilt the steering wheel at a 45 degree angle to stay in the same lane). It turns out, that back right wheel was STILL tilting inward at a 45 degree angle by the time we drove back. Whatever they had "fixed" clearly didn't hold up for very long. On top of everything else, they told us that they'd driven into something so horribly that they managed to BREAK my front right wheel tire (which was completely fine before we brought it into this shop). They replaced the tire, but NOT the silver wheel cover, which is noticeably missing a giant chunk.

Lastly, we noticed that the car made a loud creaking noise whenever we made a left turn (not immediately noticeable because we took the highway home). It turns out they LEFT a LOCKING PLIER on the axle the car, so it rubbed up against the wheel whenever we turned. Clearly, nobody checked the car after it was finished, or did a beyond shoddy job. My sister RISKED HER LIFE driving back in this car that they said they checked and deemed safe, but it wasn't even properly fixed + they managed to leave behind a tool + they broke part of my car!

I just want our money back at this point. It's the least they can do after not only NOT FIXING my car, but also ADDING MORE DAMAGES and RISKING MY SISTER'S LIFE by leaving a tool in the mechanics of the car. They're work was completely INEPT and UNPROFESSIONAL and I hope y'all never have the misfortune to get absolutely FUCKED over by them.
