Extremely bad experience working with Lexi Mitchell, she is very manipulative, untrustworthy and non-cooperative. She is very nice till you sign the deal but after that she shows he true face. I am not sure why David Weekley Homes keeps such a kind of employee. Disappointed with Lexi Mitchell and because of her, we have poor experience with David Weekley Homes also. We will never buy David Weekley Homes again in future and never recommend them in future. Services: Luxury home building, Home building

We moved into our home April 2021, the bones of the house are good but make sure if you buy you watch your finishes. Our upgraded carpet is terrible and we upgraded our flooring to vinyl and before our one yr was up we were noticing breaks at our seams and almost two years later we are still trying to resolve the problem. I really hope they stand by their motto of “Building Dreams, Enhancing Lives” and really want to make “the customer are our top priority”. As of right now I hate walking into my house and seeing all the flaws in my vinyl and it’s embarrassing to have people over when my house is less than three years old and my flooring is falling apart. We just want David Weekly to take responsibility for the faulty product that they offered us.

My other review was deleted. We built with you, and it was a nightmare dealing with DWH warranty. This company will promise much and deliver little.

Moved in 1st week January, AC not working, garage door not working. Then i realized that no AC duct in my daughter's room, they made one but never came back to finish the job. Hot water comes out from the bidet I installed. I never heard again from the builder and the agent just told us that she'll report it and until now no actions taken.

On jan2022 my two month old new DW home started to make creepy noise when there was little breeze like 10mph. Contacted warranty manager and got response like play some music. We made our effort to follow up with another warranty manager who pointed out this was a brick tie ticking the wood structure making the noise. He was able to send people to our home and fixed one spot.Okay, the horrible thing about DW house is we kept detecting new spots making noises almost every time gets windy. The more horrible thing is although the warranty manager agreed to continue fixing this issue in spring 2023 - so it's easier they can locate the issue in windy days, now it's windy but they refused to continue fixing and insisted it's a RANDOM and SLIGHT noise.This so called random and slight noise made us sleepless for many nights. It is so creepy just like some people is knocking inside the wall. NO ONE CAN GET A SLEEP WITH THAT KIND OF NOISE. I will make my every effort to tell my friends and everyone I know to escape from DWH because I don't want anyone I know to suffer from such noise at home.
