It's been years since I have seen him but he absolutely in my opinion a most honest man. The negative review would have to be from a disgruntled client who was not honest with Mr. Osborne. John Osborne represented me in court and he's fearless. He wins. I'm 74 years old and knew Mr. Osborne many years ago. John is a man of integrity and one of the most intelligent persons I ever knew.

Extremely nice and helpful, thoughtful goes out of the way to help his clients.. A true gentleman He helped me out when I was basically stranded in Houston due to negligence by an airline. He drove clear across Houston to rescue me because the airline was going to leave me stranded in Houston. Bought me new clothes because mine were covered in blood and the airline had already sent my luggage to my final destination. He even took me into his own home, fed me a hot meal and put me up for the night in his own home.and made sure I got home to Oregon. Would I hire him again YES!

It seems from other reviews and my experience, that yes this guy really will take your money and either drag his feet on your case, or just withdraw and keep the funds. Beware, this guy will take your money. You would think he would take some pride in his job and represent his clients and do what he's paid to do, but no. Took his fee and bowed out.

I have been knowing John for over 35 years. The reviews on Google does not reflect the professionalism of this attorney. Mr. John C. Osborne is only human, like most of us, and humans do make mistakes. He is an honest, caring, reputable, professional, knowledgeable, smart, and fiery attorney. John is always there when you need him, answers his own phone, listens to your issues, and tirelessly (step by step) develops a resolution to resolving issues. Over the years, we have had our indifferences, good points, and case struggles, but in the end, John always came through for me. There is not another attorney in Harris County, and surrounding areas that I would put my trust in, who can stick with you, get the job done, to your satisfaction, but John Carroll Osborne. When you step into a court room, with the opposing side determined to defend their lying clients, John will bring out the truth, and victory will be yours. I have never lost a case under his legal guidance,supervision, and his trusting skills. In my opinion, John may not look like an angel, to those whom reviews do not reflect this professional attorney skills, but to myself, he is. If, you want an honest, dependable, reliable, truthful, caring, aggressive in the court room, and one who gets the job done, then hire John. You cannot go wrong with this attorney.
