My name is Jared blizzard. Gene Tausk was my attorney during a dangerous dog case for an appeal against the declaration of my dogs being deemed dangerous because they killed the neighbors pet. Under Texas law a dog is only deemed dangerous after causing injury to a person not an animal. I presented this and he accepted the case as its clearly a winnable case. However, he wouldnt discuss the case until I paid him to, when I did, he still didnt discuss the defense case to pursue, after the consultation I asked again what the defense will be and his reply was I will call you tomorrow which when he called it was just to remind me of what money to pay, not what to expect from the hearing let alone what the defense is. Still after the hearing refused to discuss a defense argument unless I paid even MORE money. Worthless attorney I wouldnt recommend ANYONE to have represent them. Good riddance..

I was referred by Ross and Matthew to the Tausk Law Firm at 733 12 1/2 Street to assist me with a legal matter. Attorney Tausk was extremely impatient, arrogant and rude when I consulted with him regarding my legal matter. I wouldn't refer anyone to the Tausk Law Firm.

I asked for a consultation from Gene and he seemed he did not want to help me and he still charged me a $100 fee. I was hoping to get a referral but I never received that. This attorney only deals with high profile cases and will not waste his time with the little guy. I am still looking for an attorney and I know there is one out there.

I have known Gene for years, always heard only the best of him. Very friendly and professional. Undoubtedly he is the best for immigration visa in Houston, he has fixed mine in no time.
