They complain that a boat trailer parked in my driveway will bring down the property value of our neighborhood. What about the 2 low income apartment complexes at the entrance of our neighborhood, or the new strip mall built in the entrance to the neighborhood. How about the fact that we've had both doors kicked in and were robbed! Our street has become a shortcut for people trying to get from Barker Cypress to West Little York...people fly through at 30-50mph! You want to know what devalues our community is all that plus a close to $500/yr. Association fee price tag.
