Junior League itself is a non profit organization that focuses on volunteering and social events. A 'sorority' for adult women suits the description of this place. The building itself emphasizes on a well done interior with southern charm and decor. Wallpaper, rugs and berber carpet galore.Volunteers need to have a specific amount of hours to be in this organization and one place they can get these volunteer hours are in the Tea Room Cafe. Unfortunately, access to the this cafe must require a member of the organization to reserve the spot to enjoy their food. Which means that I can't stroll up to this joint and enjoy their awesome buttermilk fried chicken whenever I want to. Speaking of that, their buttermilk fried chicken is only available on Fridays. If you manage the work with these hurdles, then the cafe food is quite tasty and delicious. I enjoyed their taco salad, which had a generous amount of grilled chicken on top and great salsa to go with it. I also posted pictures of other dishes my party got. I also have to mention their appetizer roll service, which is absolutely delicious! They only offer one roll at a time, so if you want more, you have to ask for more.A nice thing about this is that since the servers at volunteers, you don't have to follow normal gratuity etiquette. Overall, my experience at the Tea Room Cafe is wonderful. However there are a few hurdles to go through, especially if you want to eat their buttermilk fried chicken!

I attended an industry presentation and luncheon here. The establishment is very stately and very well maintained. The facility is large and the catering meal and service were great.
Im sure it comes at a premium price. But recall you pay for what you get.
