Capistrano Villas North Homeowners Association Inc

Was thinking about buying a home for sale in this HOA Capistrano Villas till I drove through and confirmed the review that was accurate and well spoken. Why are the homeowners not reporting this association is beyond me. Each home pays an association fee for the maintaining of the property. I'm reporting all to the correct agencies. They will get tagged and have a certain time frame to repair or fine's will be imposed and possible loss of property. If they cannot keep the property in proper repair, hire one who can. Further investigation is needed checking on governing policies. This amount and kind of disrepair is theft of fees and unprofessional.

Could be great. Several issues completely ignored by the community/HOA. Lighting: Very scarce lighting here at night. The lights they do have mounted don't work. Several requests have been made to have lighting fixed without any response from HOA. Driveways and Parking: Canopy's busted and in serious need of repair/repaint. No good speed control. Speed bumps are broken and people come flying through the parking lot as a result. Very unsafe for children. Parking spots not painted. Assigned parking blocks faded and can't see addresses from driveway. Curbs not secured at all. Pavement has several potholes and major defects. Structures: Several structures lacking exterior painting. Several spots with rotted siding. Roof work in major disarray. Maintenance crews only come by to mow. Repair requests are ignored completely. Security: Must I mention lighting again? Must have it! Surrounding neighborhood has constable patrol but no hired patrol for the villas. Why not? Several shady figures seen loitering about. Animal control non responsive. Several residents have been attacked by dogs. The main point I'd like to address here is the lack of pride and respect within the community. Where are dues and maintenance fees going to?
