If you hire this company to appraise your property get ready because the level of unprofessional and lack of skills will impact you and your family. Force your lender to hire another appraisal person. His photos were sad and the details were not compatible.

If i could give zero stars, i would. We are in the middle of an awful experience that could cost us the house we're buying. We're being lied to, given the runaround and a plethora of excuses as to why the appraisal isn't done and wasn't started until the due date. We, the buyers, were contacted by the appraiser for information sent to them weeks ago. We also received a very unprofessional call from the appraiser, which ended with him hanging up on us after being confronted with his lies. Do not use!!

We have waited over a month for our appraisal to get finished! I wouldn't ever recommend using this Company.

We could not get a call back have left messages for 3 weeks, very disappointed with their service.
