I ordered a DXV Farmhouse Sink from Houston Home Products in October/November of 2020 and it was delivered to me quickly but I did not open it for about five months because I did not want it to be damaged during construction. When it was finally opened there was a flaw in the sink that could only have been made while the clay was still wet. I called HHP in March of 2020 and since it was so long since I had received it they could do nothing about it - or so I thought! HHP suggested that I call the manufacturer. So I contacted DXV/American Standard and was told they could do nothing about it - or so I thought. Well, in further conversation with HHP I was told that they would partially refund my purchase which totaled around $1,100 which they were not required to do. Fine. Thought that was that. However, DXV/American Standard came through and in May of 2021 I received an email saying the new sink was on the way! What?!?! I had already bought and installed another sink. I will give this new sink to HHP and let them sell it - it's an 85 pound sink that I will never need. HHP will refund me additional money to make good my original cost (or close to it) and will keep the rest. Kudos to HHP and DXV/American Standard for being wonderful companies to work with! Being fair - that's what it's all about.

Great appliances at a price that is easy on the budget without having to go with a low end brand. Great communication that makes it easy to find what you want.
