I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Uptown Appliance Repair. I was especially impressed with their honesty and integrity. You never know if you can trust repairmen, but I can definitely state that they earned my trust! 10-26-21. I called Uptown Appliance again, this time for a problem with my LG Front Loading Washer. I had the same experience this time as the last time I called them. EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Their technician, CARLOS, arrived on time. He was neat and clean, and even covered his shoes to keep my house clean. He quickly diagnosed the problem. We had overloaded the washer and the cycle would not continue. After the load was reduced, it began to work properly again. Carlos ran it through a complete cycle to verify it was working properly. He did not try to sell us any expensive unnecessary repairs, just educated us about the problem and offered to return if the problem came back again. You can trust these guys! They are not there to rip you off. If you have an expensive problem, it is not their fault, but if you do not have an expensive problem, they don't seem to try and "manufacture one" Services: Washing machine repair, Washer/dryer repair, Refrigerator/freezer repair
