Came out three times to repair our fridge, never actual fixed it permanently. They said their work was out of warranty, and a another attempt would be another service charge. They at least honored their warranty twice after their initial attempt to fix the fridge and came out for free both times.

DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE.. Repair technician came to diagnose water dispenser non-functioning in Samsung fridge. I was given $400 cost estimate to replace water inlet valve. I explained to technician that water filter does not seem to have air-tight connection in the housing and may be the reason for the issue. I ordered the water inlet valve from Samsung store on Amazon and replaced the water inlet valve myself. The water dispenser still does not work. when I called them so that technician can have a second look at the water filter housing, they refused saying they can't touch an equipment which have been serviced by client.
