Elite Sub-Zero Repair Houston

I have a sub-zero 600 model that has run extremally well for 22 years, with only a few minor repairs. I went through 3 other companies for repairs in the past. The 1st one tried to con me by stopping the sub -0 saying a compressor just went out, and when I said I'll get a second opinion the sub-0 suddenly started working again. The second never showed up and the third put in an after market relay that caused the problem that Elite had to fix. Elite repaired the new and old problems. They had all of the parts needed on the truck, finished in under 2 hours and left the place clean. They also have a 5-year warranty whereas the others might, at best, have one. The Elite folks who only work on sub-0s are who you want for sub-0 repairs. You will be satisfied with their service. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

My subzero refrigerator went out Thanksgiving evening. I called the next morning. Spoke to a lovely lady (not a machine). She asked for my model number, and wanted to know the type of problem I was having. She told me that she could have a repair person to me by 11 AM. Promptly at 11 AM two repairmen showed up at my house. They actually had the parts with them. Within an hour and a half my refrigerator was up and running, and as good as new. Their service was outstanding. The charge was very reasonable and I love the fact that this company strictly specializes in subzero refrigerators, freezers and wine coolers. The icing on this cake is it I received a five year parts and labor warranty at no additional cost. Three thumbs up!! The cherry on top is the gentleman that came to service my refrigerator were father and son. This is when I learned that Elite is a family owned business. No wonder the service is outstanding. Elite Sub-Zero is the ONLY service I would use or recommend for any Sub-Zero service or repair. We needed maintenance and repair on a subzero Refrigerator and Freezer. Tony with Elite was the most responsive, professional, timely, competent and gracious service provider we have ever encountered. He explained every aspect of the required service. All parts and equipment were OEM. They actually followed up (more than once) to make sure that everything was operating properly and temperatures were stable.They did not stop until both of the units were working better than new! His prices were more then reasonable and all work was completed for the quoted amount - no additional, hidden or excess charges. If you want it done once, the right way, call Tony. Prompt, efficient service. Jamie and Jodie arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problems, and proceeded to get the repairs done on the spot. No "I gotta go get a part"--they had everything they needed on the van. Price was fair, and I was left with clean, working refrigerator and freezer. Highly recommend.
