Demetrio was terrific! This company is super professional and easy to work with. They were very kind about working around our schedule when our two-year old's nap time conflicted with our scheduled repair appointment. But honesty always takes the prize in any service industry. We tried to repair our washing machine, but the replacement parts he installed didn't fix the problem, and so we had to buy a new machine. Without our even asking, Demetrio offered to refund us the cost of the replacement parts on the repair, which was around 80% of a several hundred dollar invoice. That kind of honesty goes a long way. I will definitely call them again. Thanks, Demetrio!

My LG fridge was making a rattling noise, and when I called, Demetrio was very quick to come check the issue (ice build up). He knew right away that I needed new defrost and temperature sensors. As soon as the parts were available, he and Ray came and fixed the problem and helped me clean. Very helpful and knowledgeable so if I have any other issues, I will be calling them again.
