Zero stars Yes cheap rent means cheaply made Apartments and staff that doesn’t care. My experience with this staff /apartment and managing company were disappointing. Roaches and insects always returned no matter how many times they called pest control or how clean you live. I ran myself crazy trying to make sure no crumb was left behind thinking maybe I wasn’t clean enough. Moving out was a struggle because somehow my notice wasn’t enough and had to stay an extra month and staff had no clue how to help. My apartment got molded at one point due to a leak and a couple months later it returned. The laundry hours weren’t the same as the welcome home package I was given so my clothes were locked in overnight and staff couldn’t help again. Please do not move in regardless of cheap price.
