I have lived in this community for over two years now and it’s been a very awesome experience.It’s safe,Serene and overall a great location for the price it offers.the staffs are great.Adel especially is always professional and exceptionally helpful.the maintenance here is quick and responsive. .I do feel at home here and I will recommend this apartment !

New owners took over and this place is being run into the ground. Trash is everywhere, no communication at all (when trash pick up is cancelled, when office is closing early, computer area closing early) 1 of 4 computers work in our computer area, spilt things and trash is on floor and never cleaned up in common areas, the gym is disgusting hair ties with hair and trash all over floors, nothing to clean equipment, the manager is only worried about sales and doesn’t care about those who call this place home! Extremely disappointed!

I live here for 4 years after my move to Houston. I truly appreciate Gray and all the office workers. They are responsive and always helpful. If I wasn’t moving due to a new job, I would still have lived there. Thank you so much Marq on Voss for a great living experience.
