Villas at Bunker Hill

There are minor dog waste problems, but overall we love our apartment! Great neighborhood, convenient to everything.

For anyone with less than perfect rental history: "We won't know until you Actually Apply" is just something they are trained to tell you. They just want you to apply to get you to pay the Non-Refundable $60 'Per Applicant'. I was upfront w them re a broken lease back in 2017, they told me I should apply, so I applied and paid, only to be told, to paraphrase: "you don't qualify due to broken lease debt. So, If you have any rental hist issues.. don't bother at any luxury apt property (from what I've learned since). Save your money and look elsewhere. Btw, the past broken lease was due to needing to move for work after resigning my lease a few months earlier and the property refused to let it go or give me options. Save your money, rent a house, and sub rent room(s).

We really enjoy moving people into the Villas at Bunker Hill. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and the property is very nice and clean!

Confused by past reviews, because the office has been THE BEST. So friendly and welcoming, quick to respond when I've had issues. I truly feel they are trying to make our property better! Thanks Brittany for all you do!
