My experience as a Cortland Copperleaf resident is pleasant, I enjoy living in here. Ms. Elizabeth from the management team is very attentive, business like but kind at the same time this leaves the door of communication open all the time.

I recently relocated here a couple of weeks ago and I must say, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The apartment offers a clean & peaceful environment that's perfect for unwinding after a long day. The customer service provided has been outstanding, with attentive staff members who go above and beyond to ensure residents' needs are met promptly and efficiently. Moreover, the amenities provided by the apartment are top-notch, enhancing the overall living experience. From well-maintained fitness facilities to inviting communal spaces, every aspect contributes to a comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle. In summary, I wholeheartedly give this apartment complex a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.

Great place to live, great amenities, great apartment. Everyone in the community is super friendly. The staff is amazing and maintenance team is top. Several times I needed a maintenance (AC, lights, windows) and every time the maintenance team did a great job helping me.

Today I would like to share my experience as a Cortland Copperleaf resident with everyone who is looking for a place to live. This is home, we have a great community, we have the best staff, our management team is always there for all the residents and they keep the property safe and beautiful. I like my apartment, the upgrades are beautiful, we have garages in here and we like to BBQ and spend some time outside with our children. I like to mention Elizabeth is amazing! She is bilingual, she is very knowledgeable in the area, every time I have a question about anything from decorations permitted to the gym activities she is always ready to answer and help, she is very kind and is always nice to stop by the office to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea depending on the time of the day. This is the right place to call home!

The maintenance staff is amazing! They are very efficient and reply to requests quickly. I remember one time my heater was not working and maintenance came in the night to fix it so I wouldnt be cold throughout the night.
