Watermill Apartments

Lady at desk said to come back she had a meeting but there were only 2 or 3 Mexican couples in office. Said one bedroom was $950-960/month. Came back and she had a sign that said be back at 1:00pm and it was 2:00pm. Office was locked with no one in it. When she finally arrived, she saw me waiting at the door and took her own good time of 10-15 minutes to get out of the car. She opened the door and said the one bedroom was now $975.00 and my income must exceed 3 x that amount of rent. Horrible people and liars.

I like these Apartments I came in to look for an apt with kelly and she was so helpful I found wat I was looking for. Looking forward to my move in date, easy process to apply and the apts is very very peaceful here at Watermill

This property is really calm i'm schedule to move in soon and cant wait. Gated love the waterfall un pool My friend has love here and refer me too. Fast smooth process to apply the apartment has great space. Peaceful at nights when i drive by... Really like it.
