Angelica is the best part of the complex. I wiah all the managers were nice like her. She is very understanding and patient. The maintenance is very good also.

In the seven years that we lived here, Maria and Angelica and all the girls in the front office have always been very nice and helpful. The maintenance here is quick to get things fixed and they are fast you will understand when you live there . We enjoyed living here and would recommend it to others looking for an affordable place to live. Thank you so much

I absolutely do not advise. cockroaches are everywhere, often something breaks, the office is not desirable to treat requests, the road has been repairing the problem for 2 years already, holes are everywhere, gates are all closed, what is wrong, the light disappears. Many problems .

I lived here for 7 years and highly recommend these apartments. The staff at the leasing office were always very pleasant and helpful in every interaction and maintenance also professional and very prompt in addressing any issue! The property overall was always really quiet, well maintained, and also safe. The negative reviews that have been left here don't seem rooted in any sort of reality whatsoever because in almost a decade I never witnessed or experienced anything negative or even frustrating. Again, definitely recommend these apartments if you are looking for a good place to live in southwest Houston.
