came here for a visit very disappointed. could not find any visitor parking theres only 5 spots. stayed overnight with my family and noticed alot of roaches, told them to not renew lease there anymore

Worst apartment complex ever! Since we moved in there’s been roaches, the plumbing has been messed up, the dishwasher has never worked, maintenance doesn’t fix anything, the office is rude and rather argue with the tenet then help the tenants with their issues. I recently got locked into my apartment with my 1 year old daughter because their bolt lock broke, I called maintenance and the automated system told us to call an locksmith if it had anything to do with a lock so we did and when I called the office to reimburse us they stated it wasn’t they’re problem. They did not reimburse us the $120 that we needed to spend to get out of the apartment! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS!

I just moved to this apartment complex and I couldn't be happier. The staff Ms Aurora Ms Brandy Mr Rick are always courteous friendly and helpful. My neighbors are also friendly and helpful. Last night I came from work and there was a note on my door that the wall outlets were going to be replaced and that I had to allow maintenance in the apartment. Today Ms. Aurora called me to her office so that we could work out a time for the maintenance to come to my apartment because I work nights and sleep during the day. Any other place they would have said this day this time and that's final. .

Worst apartment complex ever I do not recommend anyone moving in here. The hot water pressure in the bathtub was always low, the central ac would always go out and they would take days to get it fixed (even after telling them my wife was pregnant). Their was always a roach problem even though we paid monthly for pest control. While I was working out of town one of my cars got towed even though I had a parking sticker for that vehicle it still got towed and my wife had just gave birth so she was taking care of the baby 24/7 she couldn’t drive at all. Lastly the staff is really rude they rather argue With you than fix the problem or just not answer the phone. Those are just some of the bad things I can remember from the top of my head I’m sure there are some I’m forgetting about but don’t make the same mistake I did by moving in here
