This place is complete garbage. No security despite the gate since it just remains open. Drug deals will take place and the neighbors and their guests are pretty inconsiderate as they may just trap you in your parking space. The staff here are completely useless and clueless, so if you want anything done well... good luck since they apparently make it their goal to achieve nothing. You may also get lucky and hear the shoot outs outside the place just to make you feel extra secure with the front gate always open! Its an absolutely marvelous place if you want the worst bang for your buck since its way over price for everything they fail to offer

Wanted to officially move out before posting my rating.
I have lived in this complex for two years… starting off with some pros- affordable rent, everything is close (eateries, groceries, entertainment, etc.)
now down to the nitty gritty: this building is OLD be prepared to call maintenance a lot (if you go on the website you’d see how it’s a very short and fast clip of the units) my building was clogged at least twice a week before I moved out. stray cats are EVERYWHERE. i’m not sure if it’s the cats, possums, or squirrels in the ceiling but they are there and will make it KNOWN, no matter the hour. they will TOW and there is one sticker per lease so either park on the street or in the back where visitors is located. Management has changed multiple times since I been there (4x minimum). Someone actually died in the parking lot. like was murdered… body under the white sheet, multiple cops and forensics investigating. (google it). yeah.. it’s cool if you want to get on your feet, won’t see much of an increase in your rent. (pretty steady for the most part). I would say do not stay no more than two years and that’s a stretch.

This is scary and the office said this is not true..The office responded and they are lying. It was not a transformer. Center Point told us that. It was only Oaks of Westchase that was affected.

I absolutely love Bianca! She was very attentive and listened to and addressed all my concerns.
