No one is happy here! The electric bill has been an issue for the past two months. It used to be $60-$100, and now it's $150 -$300! The residents have been trying to get answers from the office and the only answer we get is "we'll look into it". The new manager (Jesusa) has been very professional and responsive to all our concerns,but has been unable to get us any approvals from the management company towards our issues. The service provider or management company are refusing to show us the kWh usage and threatening us with disconnecting the service if we don't pay quietly. I was told that a representative (Jennifer) will be calling me at 11am to sort out the issue and it is now 3pm and no one has called. They have no respect for the resident's time and are only interested in the rent payments. I'll be adding photos to show the lack of care towards resident's safety and comfort. 1-An elderly resident has been buying and setting up sand bags to prevent her apartment from flooding. 2-Trash is left everywhere and they expect the one person working as maintenance/trash pick up/HVAC to care for a 100+ units. 3-The gates are broken or not working most of the time. 4-The repair requests are ignored unless it's an easy fix or an AC issue. Their reasoning is "Maintenance is slow"..or they claim theyre waiting on parts which takes 3 to 4 months till the resident gives up. 5-There are chicken walking around the complex. Complaints about their noise and feces have been ignored.

The property is clean. The office staff are professional I very detailed with information. The model is beautiful.
