So heres the crazy thing, i havent even moved in. First off, they make you pay a security deposit of 150 before even getting approved. i applied over a week ago, and since then its been a fight to get any information on my application. i have to call at least 4 times just to get through to anyone. when i do get through, its always the offsite team. my leasing agent is always out of the office and no one else can ever tell me anything helpful. id be missing documents for days and no one would tell me unless i asked. i honestly just want my application fees and deposits back. this is ridiculous.

3 times!!!!! 3 times!!!!! They have broken into my vehicle in the last 4 months. Do some research before you move in this property.

I don't live here but my friend unfortunately does. Zey got yet another message from management that yet another car got broken into. I feel so bad for zem. A non-binary person like zem doesn't deserve this. Just because zeir gender is fluid doesn't mean zeir life should be put in jeopardy.
