Excellent service. My mom had such a great experience getting transported to her dialysis appointments. Friendly driver, dispatch communicates well with the facility and no issues at all.

I was picked up by Daniel, a war veteran at Encompass Health Spring, I had accumulated a lot of things, and Daniel wasn't concerned about any of the material items,but focused on me and my safety, to the van parked outside the front door of the rehabilitation hospital, Daniel help me in the van and secured me in and then quickly started the van and cranked up the a/c. He then loaded up all my belongings. Once were loaded,in a very safe way pulled out of the facility and drove check'n his mirrors and used his turn signals for safe lane changes and never once tailgated or drove aggressive and drove to my destination in a timely professional manner. When we arrived at my house, he turned around to make it easy for me to exit the vehicle, and offered me support to hold on while getting my knee scooter ready for me to use, then when I was out of the way. Then Daniel unloaded the van and carried my belongings into my house,he made sure I was safely in my house, and thanked me. The whole time in the vehicle was pleasant and smelled very clean and we had go conversation. I want to thank Land-Air for sending him to give me such a great professional to handle my transportation needs.
