Have visited this dealership for the first time as never kept Acura before. While I was looking at the MDX parked inside the dealership and wondering why no sales person noticing me as prospected buyer, though many were sitting inside their rooms. Then only Mr.Emad Owenineh came and ask me if I am being attended by someone already or if I am looking for someone. I shared with him that I am interested in buying MDX so if he can assist me. He was much pleased to extend his professional sales skills and have shared all the details of MDX vis--vis various trims, colors and options available in the trims, the price range and the finance leasing options available with the promotions , if any. It was his professional approach, product knowledge and skills to understand customer need that eventually make it happen for us to opt our first Acura vehicle. As we living in a joint family system, therefore already have BMW, Tesla, Mercedes and Lexus truck at home so were a bit skeptical whether to opt for MDX or not. Mr. Emad helped us out at each and every step and engages with his seniors to let us have the offer acceptable to us. We are thankful to the entire team and the GM Mr. Valerian Kuznetsov who gets in touch with us soon he knows that we were at the dealership to explore MDX as prospected buyer.
