This reality group is terrible. We moved in to a trashed back yard, spent all year landscaping and having it weeded. We did the same 2 days before we moved out. We also spent at least 5 hours cleaning the house after we moved out. They sent me a letter saying they were deducting for neglect of the yard and not cleaning. They are thieves and extremely untrustworthy. I would not recommend getting a property run by them to my worst enemy. And of course they disabled my login to the portal so I can review the move in checklist they made me do to see what the state of the yard was marked as.......of course. DO NOT TRUST THEM Addition 08/28/2021 they sent me pictures claiming the yard was clean when we moved in. I am currently locating pictures to show them they are wrong.

When I tell you it was a breeze ... it REALLY was! Westrom Group Company had so much patients and was beyond helpful with helping me in find a house to call a home ! They are so attentive to every email , call and text they are beyond great at what they do and the fact that they love what they do made the experience so much more easier on me . And along the way of finding a house I would forget sometimes that this is business because of how friendly and delightful the group is! Even after finalizing the deal they are STILL very helpful twords me in the aftermath of finally getting my home. If I could go above 5 stars I honestly would, I would give them 10 stars honestly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Westrom Group Company!!!

Westrom group Family is amazing. They are the best property manager in Dfw... They have a realtor help us with our sale/buy process to change our houses. High quality company and person there.
