As for me you guys did a wonderful job... I have a difficult teenager and today his pain took him over. He was loud and a bit excessive. But the nursing staff was wonderful. They jumped right in action and didn't make a scene. They weren't rude or disrespectful considering my teens behavior. They were still very kind and did their jobs well. They also had to contact security but still were very pleasant and explained each of the reasons as to why they were doing what they were doing and also keeping my already distraught teen manageable. It's hard already as a mom with a teen that is hard to handle at times but you guys seemed to know just what to do to keep the situation minor and easy to handle! Thanks you guys from the bottom of my heart! Thanks one happy mom today

In all honesty I have mixed feelings whenever I visit this place due to the fact that they treat me with respect when I visit however when my mother who is Mexican visits they always try to shut her up and speak to her in a very rude and unprofessional manner If there is one thing I hate most it's discreet racism

I took my daughter who was sick, we waited for 4 to 5hrs which I understand because there was only one doctor who was really nice to my daughter and me. But I must say that the nurses were really rude like really bad! I understand it was late, working nite shift can be hard but is unacceptable the way they talk to me and my 6yr old daughter. Really sad and disappointed.
