        I visited the restaurant at about 5:00 pm. I was the only customer. This place is nothing like the one in Brownsville. I had the chicken fried steak. It was not very good. It was thick and heavy and laid on my plate like a brick. It didn't go down well either. The mashed potatoes were good. Both were smothered in gravy which wasn't bad, but I really wanted some type of dinner roll or bread to accompany the dinner. This place lacked any pizzazz. Most of the other reviews were negative, and I should have believed them, but I had to try it anyway.
