        Ordered some roses and don't wanna butcher her name by spelling, so I'll just say the young lady that answered and took my other on Friday February 9 was very professional and I'd like her to have flowers as well. Beautiful customer service.

        I had an arrangement delivered and was very disappointed with the quality of work. There were large portions of foam showing and the vase was cracked. I called the shop and was told it mustve happened while I transported it but I had not traveled with the arrangement. The owner called me back and asked me to return it to my works front desk and a new one would be dropped off the next morning. Unfortunately the quality of work was even worse than the first arrangement. More foam was showing and the alstroemeria was already senescing. I am highly disappointed in this shop and that someone spent $88.75 to send me this low quality of work. I am a florist and would not allow this to leave my shop, and be known as my quality of work. Especially for the redo to be lower quality than the original.
