        I would never use these guys again. They told me if i signed up for hearing they would take over from that point. I signed up, contacted them and signed all the documents they needed to conduct the hearing. The hearing date came and went. I tried calling them and no response. I finally got hold of the Arbitration board who told me nobody showed up. I tried calling and no response. Sent an email and they refunded my money via email, but have refused to engage in any conversation with me. To this date all I have received is a refund, but nobody will return my calls. Very unprofessional.
